Guar gum is a milky white powder obtained by grinding the endosperm of guar seeds.It is a water-soluble polymer that can form a semi transparent solution when dissolved in water.The aqueous solution is neutral and exhibits pseudoplastic fluid characteristics of non Newtonian fluids,with a stirring effect.Simultaneously,it has good             compatibility with inorganic salts.
