Performance

This product is composed of multiple organic phosphonic acids,phosphorus containing copolymers,copper corrosion inhibitors,etc.It is a new type of power plant specific  corrosion and scale inhibitor.It can interact with divalent metal ions in water,making insoluble substances less likely to settle and keeping crystals within a small particle  range,thereby achieving solubilization.In addition,it also has lattice distortion and low limit inhibition effect,so it has excellent scale inhibition and dispersion effect on              calcium carbonate scale,and can form a thin and dense protective film on the surface of copper.This greatly reduces the corrosion rate.

Purpose

This product is mainly suitable for the chemical treatment of circulating cooling water in power plants with high hardness and alkalinity.At high concentration ratios and high pH (8.5-9.2),it has a significant effect on preventing scaling of condenser copper pipes and copper zinc corrosion.It can achieve high concentration  ratio operation without adding acid or with little acid for different water quality and devices.

Method of application

During normal operation,the dosage is 5-10mg/L and can be used in conjunction with sponge ball flushing technology.According to the water quality,operate at a higher concentration factor At this time,acid and alkali can be added appropriately to adjust the pH to 8.5-9.2.
